Alivia grew up in Timaru and moved to Christchurch after her schooling to complete her law degree at the University of Canterbury. Finishing her degree in 2020, Alivia was then admitted as a solicitor of the High Court in July 2021. She began her legal career in April 2021 at Helmores Lawyers in Rangiora and received a recent promotion to Senior Solicitor.
Her partner Josh was offered a new job and the two of them relocated to sunny Nelson at the beginning of 2023. Alivia joined the Atkinson Crehan team in July 2024.
Alivia specialises in all things relationship property. She is also able to assist with property transactions, estate planning and retirement village occupation right agreements. Alivia ensure that she advises in a simple way, that is easy to understand. She prides herself on being approachable and taking the stress out of an overwhelming legal matter.
When Alivia is not working she enjoys visiting the Marlborough Sounds with friends and family, fishing, snow skiing and a good gin.
